Alecinix 150mg 120 capsule side reactionsLiver problems (hepatotoxicity).Alectinib may cause liver injury. Your healthcare provider will do blood tests at least every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, and then 1 time each month and as needed during treatment with Alectinib. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you get any of the following signs and symptoms:
1. feeling tired or feeling less hungry than usual or yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes
2. dark urine or itchy skin or nausea or vomiting or pain on the right side of your stomach area or bleeding or bruising more easily than normal
