- Caution is advised in patients taking Super P-Force, particularly in concomitant use with medicinal products known to affect platelet function.
- Super P-Force is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment and caution is advised in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.
- As with other SSRIs, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has been associated with mild ocular effects such as mydriasis. Therefore Super P-Force should be used with caution in patients with raised intraocular pressure or those at risk of angle-closure glaucoma.

Super P-Force should be used with caution, and only when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks, in patients with a history of NAION. - Patients should stop Super P-Force tablets and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing.
- Caution is advised when Super P-Force (Sildenafil Dapoxetine Tablets) is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti-hypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to hypotension.
